Band Weaving
Starting from raw Cheviot wool that I picked, scoured, combed, spun, and dyed using a variety of Aster family dye materials including golden rod, marigold, and calendula.
The Band Weaving Heddle is designed after surviving Roman examples made from bone and bronze. Heddle and Shuttle were hand carved from Black Cherry.
